If you took a breath test and the result was .08 or greater your license will be taken by the police and you will be issued a temporary driver's permit. If you took a blood test the results will be mailed to you.
What is Drunk Driving? Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and/or Drugs--BAC test of .08 is the per se threshold for driving with excessive alcohol content. §42-4-1301. If you test at .08 or greater, you will be charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.§42-4-1301(6)(a)(III)
